1. Clean to the point of sterile, but I like sterile.

2. The rain shower was wonderful, and I like the eco elements in the room, such as the dispensing shower and shampoo bottles instead of the small individual bottles you usually get.

5. Nothing I would call serious, but little things like only 2 bath towels left in a suite which would accomodate at least 2 people.
