1. This hotel is clean and is convenient to the harbor area and the free circulator bus routes.

3. Complimentary coffee/tea/hot chocolate in the lobby every morning, and free cookies in the lobby if you hit it at the right time :) There was a good pizza/deli next door to the hotel (buyer beware.
