8. My generously-sized room, a quiet studio suite on the 14th floor, was equipped with a full kitchen and furnished with two very comfortable queen size beds, a desk, living room set and dining table & chairs.

10. I grew up in New York City, and live in an urban setting now, but I've never experienced quite this same feeling of being in the midst of non-stop--what? mayhem? crime? Is Baltimore a police state, or is the general (nighttime) population THAT out of control? How weird.
