3. The lodge was all I needed without bells and whistles just a clean comfy bed, internet access, good food in the cafe', night cap at the small intimate bar and a nice dip in the pool.

9. In 3 nites, beds made once, never clean towels, never serviced coffee, wallpaper coming off, dried food on walls, staff extremely rude, locked out of room because they're records were wrong, paid for 3 nites, only had us for 1, shuttle never picked us up, were told it was our fault, I treat my dogs better than this.

10. It was un-kept, plumbing was held up by pantry hose, the fixtures were broke, and it looked like the staff didn't care how clean the rooms were.
