3. We stayed at the golden palms in the summer and the pool was broken, it was filthy, the staff had no manners, they didnt clean the room, there was cigarette burns on the 'comforters', and and throw up stains in the shower.

4. Still they were not cleaning the room properly in the sense they were not cleaning up the bed, no toilet papers(we had to get it from the front desk every time we were out of it), no coffee maker, no iron board nothing.
