1. The staff could care less about their guests, the room was dirty, the TV only recieved 8 channels, the lobby was under construction (jackhammers from 9am-3pm) and covered in dust, the lounge was closed and the resturant was unusable due to the jackhammers and dust generated.

4. The desk booked us show tickets; the maintenance staff took care of a noisey AC in minutes; food was great; our bartender was always smiling; people said hello everytime we walked in main door.
