3. I have been a customer of the Tropicana over the years and I have to say that the new renovation of the entire hotel, from the rooms, to the casino to the new gaming area, is such a great delight to see.

5. The front desk moved us into a new tower but after talking on the phone with them for an hour and moving to our new room we found out the key they gave us did not work so we had to go back to the front desk at 3am to get another key.
