1. When we called the hotel we were told that we didn't call right away( it was a few hours before we realized things were missing) and that it was not their responsibility.

5. Now why on earth would we want to spend the money to fly down to Miami from New York just to spend two nights at a place that we had been so disgusted by? And why did it take so long/so much effort to get some kind of a response from management? After this terrible experience, we will definitely never consider staying at a Sheraton Four Points again and will have to think very carefully about Sheraton properties in general.

7. I submitted an e-mail noting some concerns to Starwood preferred guests a few weeks prior to our arrival date and was told that I would receive a response directly from the property manager.
