1. Elko is a great little city growing every day, however the lack of competition in the casino industry makes it easy for a couple of casinos (Gold Dust West and Red Lion to monopolize the business, but not for the conservative or less financially fit gambler.

7. I would only recommend this place If you need a very cheap room (16 bucks a night) and the rooms are small but are very clean with great AC.
