10. Are you kidding me? They can`t take care of a confirmed reservation and they think I am going to trust them to watch my kids? Instead of all being in one room or having my wife and I in one room and the kids in the other, my wife stayed in one room with two of the kids and I stayed in the other with our other two kids.
