1. Along the wall near the bed, there was lots of dust, which tells me that it was not cleaned recently.

10. When we arrived the lobby of the hotel was nice and clean, they only have one luggage cart that was being used so it took us a couple of trips back and forth from the car to bring all our stuff in.
