1. The motel building was kinda old but the room was clean and neat, sort of like what you'd call a 'deluxe room' at any decent local motels.

3. if U can get a clean, comfortable and reasonably well located hotel which gives U a double room mini suite with two Queen size beds in it for less than $40, I'd call that a real bargain.
