1. I liked that the hostel was on the strip but not where all the crowds necessarily are.

2. When one of us injured ourselves in the street (blood everywhere, it was horrible), the man on duty that night was very helpful, even if his offer of tweezers to help remove the glass looked more like a pair of pliers from his toolbox.

4. Working A/C :-) Bathroom and kitchenette attached to each room, would be awesome if there was a group of you traveling, but this is not so good for me as I like to meet people in a communal kitchen/ lounge/TV area as it's good to get info off others when traveling alone.

10. Employees can't seem to get a manager to answer phone calls if there is a serious management problem like bed bugs.
