2. What kind of hotel is this, if housekeeping doesn`t notice the mold on the covers (or does not care about it)? One of the mattresses had coffee stains, too, but we can live with that: coffee stains do not threaten our health.

3. will file a formal complaint against this hotel, manager of hotel was rude and didnt care we had no hot water.
