3. - No fresh air and you cant open any windows (not designed for that) so the rooms especially the bedrooms will feel stuffy and dry with poor air circulation- The complex mentioned above closes at 10:30pm (sort of early by Vegas standards), except for the liquor store which is happy to sell you an $8 dollar carton of orange juice or milk being that they are the only ones open.
