1. The service was very good; the staff was very friendly and went out of their way to help with cleaning our room and giving us towels and things.

3. He helped us with our room problem so we could enjoy our short stay, then at night the pool was a bit cooler to swim in so Tom turned it up some so we could enjoy it.
