5. After waiting 35 minutes, we were finally checked in to our room (the front desk representative did not appear to know her job very well and the manager who came out several times (and then returned to her desk) didn't seem to care.

10. front desk staff were a bit unfriendly unfortunately, always took care of any questions or requests we had, but definitely could smile more, and make a better effort to sound like they like their job.
