1. Staff was very friendly and went out of their way for special requests, I would not recommend the breakfast, cold everything, I wish their breakfast was better.

2. Overall apart from the Housekeeping Issues it was a very good stay, I will certainly be back, this hotel is better than half of those on the strip, quaint, calm and best of all most of the extras you find in the Strip hotels for a fee are free here.

3. They run an hourly shuttle servie to the Planet Hollywood, but you're better off taking a cab if you don't mind paying about 8-10 bucks to actually get where you want to go.

4. I would estimate that this is one of the better non-smoking, non-gaming hotels in Vegas.

5. I think the new build Hyatt Place properties are even better but I would still choose any Hyatt Place over a comparable choice.

6. The free internet access and continental breakfast was also a plus,and I guess the larger the group the better the savings.

7. For my money the Holiday Inn Express is much better, and you get FREE eggs, waffles, biscuits, and gravy on a real breakfast buffet.
