As we were on holiday the free WiFi in the lobby area was sufficient for our smart phones and tablets; if I'd been on business, however, I'd have used the in room service as I could have expensed it (noticed some comments about this being pricey - from my own experience of travelling around Europe and the US it seems in line with what I've typically been paying over the past few years).
