4. Didn't really spend a ton of time in the room except for sleeping, there was a nice flat screen tv that we barely used.

5. - The rest of the hotel and it's wrap around mall (miracle mile) are unattractive - no atmosphere except for the constant music that gets on your nerves, and a fairly poor choice of shops and restaurants.

7. My room also had a large red stain on the floor (I'm still hoping it was just from a spilled drink) Seriously, how hard is it to spot clean a hotel room carpet? On the plus side, when we told the desk about all the items, they were fixed immediately (except the bathroom rug and the phone in my room) so that was good service.

8. The pool area is huge (football field) too bad everything except for 20% of that area is concrete without even a view of the pool.

9. The valet was full and they could valet any cars except for some kind of premium member - even if you were a guest at the hotel.

10. I have stayed at all the Harrahs properties in Vegas except the Rio and this had to be the smallest room I have ever stayed in.
