1. The reason for the low sleep quality rating was that I slept on the hide a bed and it was without a doubt the most uncomfortable hide a bed ever and I've slept on a few.

The reason for not giving 5 stars: $10 one-time charge to use the in-room safe, wifi Internet fee was per device (we have iPads, iPhones, Kindles, and laptops), cable tv channels were a mess with standard def and high def redundancies that were annoying after a day, and lastly, it was obvious that some of the room details were done a little cheaply (excusable in this economic climate).
