6. They were really dry and I could tell other guests were annoyed from waiting in line for a long time only to be served by a less than pleasing staff.

I saw a gent discreetly point at me when standing in line, a gent then comes over 'Mr xx, Welcome Back, please proceed to our VIP area' Meantime my luggage is brought to the room and I am checked-in to the hotel over a bottle of chilled water and a chat with the employee - I proceed to the exact same suite I stayed in last year overlooking the strip.

9. Upon arriving, we noticed right away that the lights for the housekeepers on the outside of our door were broken, both 'do not disturb' and 'housekeeping please' lights were turned on and would not turn off.
