1. I choose to stay in the Carson Tower and would prefer to have all my staff service in the same area rather than sent to the center where everyone is checking in all in one location which is not convenient.

6. It is not convenient to have to walk through the gauntlet to the front desk to get room keys and beg for the baggage handlers to come retrieve the luggage from the sidewalk.
