6. We have a new baby (was 3 months old for the trip) and we wanted a hotel where we wouldn't be disturbed too much by the late night crowds & would have enough room for the baby stuff.

10. Given the age of the room furnishings I would not call this a great spot for a romantic getaway (there are places on the Strip in this price range that are better for that), but for business travel to LV I now have a new home away from home.
