3. Why are hotel TVs volume set to loud when you turn them on? Rooms have a desk with chair and ethernet cable, lounge chair, sofa (so comfy I can sleep on it), coffee table.

8. The sink drains were slow, the shower was missing caulking, even though it was winter, we still had to have the a/c on to be comfy.

9. The tower rooms are quite nice for the price and have nice marble counters, full-length mirrors, comfy bed, oversized pillows, and a very tasteful New Orleans-ish decor.
