1. The main problem for us was the sheer size of the place - it's huge and has no 'soul'.

5. Most of the on-site sales people wouldn't talk to you unless you were their client, did not have wifi in suite unless you paid for it, did have a nice HUGE balcony but for being a 'Presidential Suite' it sucked.
