1. Check-in was handled at small, crowded tables because the new reception area was still under construction.

6. The check-in process was painful, even though I was the only one checking in, it took 15 minutes - I would guess it was a new guy, since he kept making mistakes and no one was helping him.

7. Stayed for 3 nites, just before Super Bowl Sunday, in a studio unit which seemed to have been just remodeled as everything seemed new from the bathroom to the king size bed and even the coffee maker and toaster.
