1. The bellman (arrived within 10 minutes of us calling) who brought up our bags was outstanding, very nice and showed us all the controls in the room and even went and got ice for our us.

6. Casino area outstanding still although whilst me and mate played the tables, the girls were pretty much ignored by the waitresses in the piano bar on one occasion - they even had to get the manager over to get any service.

7. The whole Bellagio experience was outstanding - you've got to see the place to really believe it from the exquisite shops and boutiques, the the world's biggest chocolate fountain, the lovely floweres and plants in the atrium, not to mention the plethora of high class restaurants and bars.
