1. Hotel has received exceptional cleanliness awards from Marriott and the reviewer who claimed to have had bed bugs did so out of spite and it was never true.

2. We stay around 100 nights a year in everything from log cabins to smart hotels and I can say that my impression of this hotel, from the upgrade at reception to the excellent appearance of the place as we went to our suite to the amazing cleanliness of our rooms was one of the best I have had.
