5. Now, before I begin, please realize that I am aware that travelers aren't staying at Bill's for the hotel, but many other reviews vaguely state something along the lines of 'the room was decent and good enough', which is very loose for interpretation.

7. The next morning the front desk calls and says sir we maded a mistake because that suite if already booked for tonight could we please move you to a nice room with an even better view? Of course you can, I have no problem with it in the least, so they move me.
