8. easy to control, blackout curtains nice for those hungover mornings, large bathroom, safe was easy to use, somebody brought us pots and pans up right away once we got up to our rooms, valet staff were really helpful, baggage storage on our last day was efficient, and they even took us someplace in their housecar (SUV) because we were going to have to call 2 cabs being a group of 6, as long as we took care of the driver with a tip, which we gladly did.

10. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that they have an energy efficient thing in the rooms so our lights, heating and a/c/ did not work.
