1. clean, comfortable, safe,plenty of parking,*** descent start-your-day breakfast, internet-room, newly installed flat-screen tv's(did it while we were there in fact) also:room had microwave,coffeepot,refrig,hairdrier>always a big plus.

2. We booked this hotel in advanced and arrived on the evening of new Years Eve.

3. during one visit they gave me an occupied room when I checked in and when I went back to get a new room that wasn't occupied they gave me the key to a room that had trash in it and the a/c was completely off the wall.

7. my key stopped working for no apparent reason daily and when I would go to the desk to ask for another key they would ask my room number and last name and just give me a new key.

10. This hotel is not new, or a 5 Star resort, but I was very pleased with it and would stay there again if I am in Austin.
