5. Finally she came by with the plunger, plunged the toilet, made a disgusting mess of filthy bathroom water splashed all over the toilet & bathroom without cleaning it up, and on her way out, rudely re-iterated that the toilet backing up was our own fault.

8. The room was clean when we checked in but the next morning I find a note under the door at 10:05AM stating that since we had a Do Not Disturb sign on the door and the hotel cleaning staff has gone for the day, we can get fresh towels, if we must have fresh towels, by calling the front desk.
