1. It is clean and nicely decorated; however, when I checked in very late one evening a huge convention was being held at the hotel.

2. The room was gorgeous: beds were soft and very comfortable, bath was not huge but very nicely decorated and had a Speakman showerhead and fantastic products.

5. While it never became a huge problem for me, it was kind of annoying, especially when one of the elevators was being held on the main floor to be unloaded of old furniture (which took several trips) and it did not allow you to call another elevator to the floor.

8. My other HUGE issue with this hotel was the food from Art n Soul(the restaurant on grounds).

9. This hotel is about two blocks to Union Station which is a huge plus when you're looking for something quick to eat(Uno's,Starbucks,Crumbs bakery,Au Bon Pain,etc).

10. The bedrooms are a great size and have huge, comfortable beds which you need after a hard days sightseeing.
