2. First of all I was very impressed when someone from the hotel had sent me an e-mail a few days before my arrival, welcoming to the hotel and making sure i had a contact if there was anything I needed.

4. This is our regular stomping grounds when we are in town (as long as there is availability) and continue to be impressed with the customer service, pool, breakfast, diet pepsi at the front desk, room amenities (fridge is necessary.
