2. There is a nice mall and some newer stores right nearby, but next door are also some rundown apartments and a really crappy looking Travelodge (which seems to share some of its parking with the Radisson).

3. For the price, I guess it was fair, but for a 2 1/2 star hotel, I would have expected a newer, cleaner hotel with better surroundings.
