1. Monday - Thursday $155' So for some crazy reason I am expecting to pay $155 plus tax, but it was $166, we both asked the gal twice to explain and their system was so complicated it wasn't work arguing, she was not understanding our question and we were so disappointed with how the day had gone.

Below is a quick breakdown of the pros as well as the areas of opportunity for improvement:Pros:-Beautiful grounds-Delicious locally sourced food, often organic food with healthful options that is reasonably priced, especially given -Challenge course - a (mentally) challenging ropes course that is a rewarding/renewing experience run by a great staff-Wonderful spa services (one of the best massages I've ever had - and I've had a lot) with serene views-Genuinely friendly staff (not the artificial smoozy kind) that are allowed to have personalitiesOpportunities for improvement:-Flexibility of changing reservation - We checked in on Friday 12/30 with the intention of staying until Tuesday 1/3 but wanting to spend the final day and evening in downtown Austin.

8. We did the Total Travaasa package - and while I'm not saying it was cheap - it was very reasonable compared to other 'all inclusive' spa resorts both in the Austin area and in other parts of the country (this was a destination trip for us - so we looked all over).
