6. I HAVE NEVER DONE THIS BEFORE BUT I GAVE HIM A BIG HUG BECAUSE HE AND RENATA MADE OUR STAY AT THE HOTEL REMARKABLE EVEN WITH THE PROBLEMS WE ENCOUNTERED (with the front desk).
