1. Upon informing the resort professionals we were told that they could clean our carpets but could not move us due to the hotel being 100% capacity.

9. Initially the room we were given had some midlew stains on the toilet bowls---I suspect this was less about not being a clean room and more about the room being unused for a long period of time after having been cleaned.
