1. All in all I felt like I had been given a plain room with a crappy old bed and ammenities more suited to a Courtyard or Fairfield but charged suite prices.

4. We appreciated the thoughtful touches like the afore-mentioned towel 'dog', the curved shower curtain in the bathroom providing more elbow room, the free breakfast (especially the fresh pineapple and delicious yogurts), the fresh fruit & coffee in the lobby in the morning (cookies in the evening), and the sanitizing wipes and extra towels provided in the workout area.

8. My suite and the hallways and public areas were consistently spotless (not like other hotels where room order trays languish for hours in the hall).
"Super helpful! " Read full review on TripAdvisor   12/23/2011 Vote
9. The rooms are nicely decorated, but seem smaller than the rooms at the adjoining Courtyard, most likely because of the full kitchen.

10. My first choice staying downtown is the Residence (I stay on the Courtyard side) because the staff is friendly and makes you feel like 'you're home again'.
