2. The building looks fairly new (maybe 5 years old or so) and they offer books to read and movies to rent for $1, free wireless, and the rooms have fridge, microwave, and a safe (bolted to easily portable/removable nightstand - go figure??).

3. Free wifi, Hot coffee 24/7 in lobby, fresh baked cookies in the evening, new movies, ALL free.

The hotel has taken every step to make sure you feel well taken care of - from a welcome basket of treats (at no charge) to breakfast buffet in the morning, from incredibly comfortable therapeutic beds to new release blockbuster movies showing at regular times (again, at no charge) on the room TVs.
