1. convenient to the Jollyville area, close to the Arboretum - the location makes this hotel a better choice than the Staybridge further north on Research Blvd.

2. The local area has a heap of shops and restaurants, so was extremely convenient for all our needs - so much so that we didn't take the benefit of the breakfast or mid-week buffet.
