4. I think that each unit is individually owned (like a condo) so this may be related to just our room.

7. The room had a refridgerator in it but it was not furnished with any drinks like some hotels in Aspen are.

9. In all honesty, I never contacted the front desk to try to break my contract -- I didn`t feel like scrambling for another hotel (although there were still vacancies in downtown Aspen hotels).

10. The worst aspect was the bed - it seemed like a four hundred pound man had slept in it for months - no back support, huge sag in the middle and uncomfortable lumps.
