5. Although it is probably easier to remember all the negatives I have pointed out, after 7 nights, my stay was bed bug free, no items where stolen, I did manage to send a few emails on my laptop when the internet connected and watched a lot of television when it was too cold to be outside.

6. Although I can see areas on where they can improve to lift standards - stain free sheets, modern bathroom, better locks on doors they are simply catering for the low-end market for people who do not want to pay for the bells and whistles but just want the basics.

Now the negatives: - free wireless internet is available in the room but the connection keeps dropping out - Volume buttons on the remote control did not work- Blanket and seats had subtle marks/stains (if you look really closely) - Wall/ceiling was paper thin - I could hear some 'bigfoot' walk around in the room and pulling their draws out- No hot water for over 12 hours because the boiler broke and only found this out when I called reception.
