8. The staff was always helpful and ready to answer any and all questions including mountain suggestions (the free skier shuttles, which go to all the mountains stops right across the street), restaurant suggestions and the other exciting events that Aspen always seems to offer.

9. The comlimentary van service to and from airport and into town helped us rent our skis and get acclimated to the fact that we were in walking distance to Main Street Cafe, Carl's Pharmacy and free bus to Snowmass.
