1. It`s not fancy or super comfy, but you spend so little time in the room, who cares? I`d suggest bringing your own pillow since theirs are pretty sad, but other than that, enjoy the park and the great deal you`re getting.

2. The TV worked and got 40+ cable channels (that`s saying a lot when compared with some other budget motels in the area), and the bed was comfy enough, although I`d recommend bringing your own pillow.
