1. The only reason why I didn't rate it excellent is because the carpets where extremely dirty , we couldn't tell exactly what the temerature on the AC was, and the tv's are old and work like old tv's.

3. Even though it was old, and a bit shabby, the staff were very helpful and friendly, the rooms were clean and the location was excellent for anyone going to the Convention Center (or Disneyland).
