Let's start off with the POSITIVES about the hotel:1- early check in2- very nice staff 3- warm pool4- great hot tub5- close to disney (15 minute walk)6- free internet7- free water througout the day which was nice after a long day 8- free maps of the city which was helpful9- held our luggage when we checked out and went to DT Disney10- VERY CLEAN.
