1. In addition to the fruit/wine basket provided to all guests upon check-in (which was wonderful), they did up a fun package of balloons, some small gifts, and a Cold Stone Creamery ice cream cake to celebrate my niece's 12th birthday upon our arrival.

3. I stopped and talked to a couple of the employees, Olga is a great lady, Karen one of the 'greeters' for the breakfasts or afternoon receptions, is super nice and fun to talk with.
