9. for the price and close location to Disneyland, BUT they didn't mention a very important point: THEY'RE LOCATED 10 FEET AWAY FROM A HUGE INDUSTRIAL LAUNDRY / LINEN BUSINESS WHICH REVS UP ITS MACHINES AT 3:30 AM.
